BREAST OF CHICKEN ON RICE 
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
3/4 c. uncooked regular rice
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces
1 env. dry (1 1/2 oz.) onion soup mix
4 chicken breasts split in half

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Blend soup and milk. Reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture, the rice, mushrooms with liquid and onion soup mix. Pour into ungreased baking dish. Arrange chicken on rice mixture. Pour reserved soup mixture over chicken and sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix. Cover and bake for 1 hour, uncover, bake an additional 15 minutes.
