1 c. Bisquick
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. pork sausage

In large bowl, crumble sausage. Mix in Bisquick and cheese. Knead until well blended. Take approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture and form into one inch ball. Place sausage balls on large ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
