PUMPKIN CHEESE CAKE 
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
5 eggs, beaten
2 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. vanilla

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

1 1/4 c. crushed graham crackers
1/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter

CRUST: Add crackers, sugar and butter; mix well. Press in bottom of 9" springform pan. Bake 10 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool.

Mix cream cheese, white and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in pumpkin and spices.

Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 80 minutes. Turn off heat and leave cake in oven additional 30 minutes. Allow to cool thoroughly.
