PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
Dash allspice

Stir cream cheese, adding eggs one at a time. Add sugar, mix thoroughly. Add sour cream and remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 inch springform pan which has been lined with a crust. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Let cool to room temperature.
