RHUBARB CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda (in milk)
2 c. finely cut rhubarb

Put sugar and cinnamon on top before baking.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
