1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1-2 cups rhubarb

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
