SWEET POTATOES - CASSEROLE STYLE 
4 lbs. sweet potatoes or yams
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sherry wine (optional)
1/4 c. orange juice

Boil potatoes in water until tender. Cool and peel. Put in bowl and mash until smooth. Add cinnamon, salt and 1/2 of the butter and mash. Add sherry and orange juice. Mix and dot with remaining butter. Serve warm. Keep heated in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
