ROASTED HARVEST VEGETABLES | |
2 cups peeled and chopped sweet potatoes 1 cup peeled and chopped parsnips 2 cups peeled and chopped rutabagas 2 cups peeled and chopped turnips 1 large chopped onion 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper Preheat oven to 375°F.
