1 1/2 lb. ground meat 2 pkgs. taco seasoning Brown meat; drain and sprinkle with seasoning mix. Chop: 1 tomato 1 sm. pepper 1 sm. onion 1 can black olives or jar of green olives Add: 1 stick cheddar cheese (I use Cracker Barrel) 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing 1 (8 oz.) bottle French dressing 1 bag Doritos chips, crushed Mix all ingredients together in a very large bowl or deep aluminum roasting pan. Serve with sour cream. Makes a lot. | |
