1 (1 lb.) pkg. sausage (your choice; I like turkey sausage)
8 cups water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 cup half & half
2-3 potatoes, cut up
1 cup diced onions
4 cups chopped kale
1 tsp. red chili flakes

Brown sausage. Combine all ingredients in soup pot. Boil until potatoes are soft. Add kale. Simmer about 10 minutes.
