Snickers Cookies

Amazing! I was worried at first because the instructions weren't too specific. I found that no matter the size of the ball, they work fine as long as they are all close in size to each other. I did half big balls and half little balls, both with quartered snickers pieces, the littler ones were more decadent since the snickers ratio was higher. But the bigger ones were more crispy. Let them cool a bit before removing from the pan, as they are floppy but firm up quickly. Halved the recipe, it worked great.

I also halved the ingredients because I only had one stick of butter. Butter should be softened when ready to cream with the other ingredients. I made golf size balls and put alot of cut up pieces of snickers bars inside the ball, not just one piece, otherwise they came out kind of bland tasting in my first batch. It was like waiting for the tasty part and then ...finally biting into the one snickers piece in the middle. So, I put more snickers inside each ball in the next batch. Halving the ingredients made about 13 cookies. Chewy cookie...pretty tasty with a peanut butter cookie base.
