SNICKER DOODLES (COOKIES)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine:

1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs

Add:

2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 3/4 c. flour

Mix well and roll in 1 inch balls.

Roll balls in:

2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
