1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 whole egg
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cornmeal

Mix butter (room temperature) with sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add remaining ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
