SWEET POTATO PIE 
4 med. to lg. sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 sm. can condensed milk
1 c. ribbon cane or other syrup
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells

Boil potatoes until tender. Peel and mash. Add remaining ingredients and beat with an electric mixer until very smooth. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
