RIBBON PIE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. onion, grated
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. milk

Mix beef, onion, pepper, salt and milk. Place layer of beef mixture in bottom of greased 9 inch pie plate. Cover with layer of mashed potatoes. Top with remaining beef mixture, pressing meat to edge of plate. Bake in 375 degree oven for 50 minutes or until done. Serves 6.
