BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
10 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. pork sausage, cooked & drained
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 to 8 eggs
2 c. half & half
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Bake at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 inch pan. Butter pan. Layer the following: bread, sausage, cheese. Combine remaining ingredients, beat and pour over the layered ingredients. Refrigerate overnight if possible. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. We like it for holidays and other special breakfasts.
