MARK'S RV SALSA | |
1 (28 oz.) can Hunt's whole tomatoes 1 tsp. dried cilantro 2-3 raw jalapenos (they can differ with each batch you buy, so start off with 1 or 2) 2 or 3 green onions (sm.) (you can also use regular onion or dried onion) Pour juice from tomatoes. Put in blender or food processor. Add jalapenos and chop up. Add cilantro and tomatoes and chop again, to the consistency desired. Chop up onions separately and add to mixture. If you use dried onion, add at the same time you add the cilantro. Stir and it's ready to serve. Makes 1 quart. ADAPTIONS: Drain tomatoes; use no juice. Chop tomatoes, cilantro, jalapenos 3 times in blender for chunky texture. |
