AUNT GRACE'S CHICKEN ON THE
GRILL
 
2 chicken breasts (bone in)
2 chicken thighs (bone in)

VINEGAR MOP:

1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 tbsp. parsley
salt and pepper, to taste

Wash chicken pieces. Set aside to dry.

In a small saucepan, mix vinegar, butter, parsley, salt and pepper. Heat until butter is completely melted. Stir well.

Place chicken on grill. Grill for 10 minutes then turn. Turn again after another 10 minutes.

Brush on mixture and place on indirect heat. Continue to brush until mixture is nearly gone.

When you are sure chicken is well done, brush on the remaining mixture, place onto serving plate.

Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
