DELMONICO POTATOES 
6-8 potatoes
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper

Peel and dice potatoes. Cook until almost done. Drain. Mix in sour cream and shredded Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until light brown.
