CHOCOLATE CHIP KISSES 
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Beat the first three ingredients until stiff. VERY gradually add 3/4 cup sugar as you continue beating. Add vanilla and chocolate chips and mix. Drop spoonfuls on ungreased heavy paper (I cut out grocery bags and lay on cookie sheets). Bake near the middle of the oven - 300 degrees for 25 minutes.
