1/4 to 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 to 2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
4 oz. blue cheese

1. Combine sour cream, dry mustard, pepper, salt, garlic and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and mix with electric beaters on low speed for 2 minutes, increase to medium speed for 2 more minutes.

2. Add mayonnaise & blue cheese and beat on low until blended. Add milk to thin if needed.
