CHOCOLATE CRACKER KISSES 
2/3 c. chocolate chips
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. finely crushed soda crackers

Melt chips over hot water. Cool 5 minutes. Beat egg whites until barely stiff. Add vanilla and cream of tartar. Beat in sugar. Fold in cracker crumbs and chocolate. Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes in 350 degree oven. Remove from oven. When glaze caps forms. Cool on rack. Store in airtight container.
