CHOCOLATE KISSES FROM RACHEL'S
NANA
 
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites until foamy. Add salt and cream of tartar, beat until stiff (not dry). Add sugar gradually and keep beating until all sugar is added. Then fold in chocolate chips and vanilla and drop on ungreased cookie sheet lined with brown paper bag cut to size of sheet. Bake 300 degrees for 25 minutes.
