BUTTERSCOTCH DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/3 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. coconut

Mix together. Spread into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Beat together until fluffy and spread over crust. 1 c. powdered sugar 2 c. Cool Whip

Mix 2 packages instant butterscotch pudding and 2 1/2 cups milk. Make according to package directions. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
