BUTTERSCOTCH DESSERT | |
1 1/2 c. plain flour 1 c. oatmeal 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. melted butter 12 oz. jar butterscotch topping 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and nuts. Stir in melted butter. Spread in thin layer on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool and crumble. Put 1/2 of the crumbs in a 13 x 9 pan. Pour butterscotch topping on top. Slice ice cream and put it on top. Put remaining crumbs on and freeze. |
