BUTTERSCOTCH CAKE 
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 egg
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can butterscotch pudding or 2 boxes instant

TOPPING:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix, egg, oil, pudding or instant pudding and 3 cups milk together until blended well. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan, greased. Sprinkle chips and pecans on top. Put in oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Takes twice as long with instant.
