3 Bananas
Blender or Mixer

Freeze your bananas in the freezer until frozen/firm. Then, peel the bananas, and dice them. The bananas might require a knife to cut the peel if they cant be peeled by hand. After they are peeled and diced, put them into your blender, or mixer. A spoon can be used to scrape bananas off the sides, if necessary.

Blend until it turns into a soft-serve like consistency, and then pour into bowl and enjoy!

Makes equivalent of about 2-3 scoops of ice cream.
