TEXTURED BLENDED NUTELLA-BANANA
ICE CREAM
 
2 small bananas or 1 medium banana
3 tbsp. Nutella (or to taste)
textured biscuits (e.g. digestives, graham, etc.)
sprinkles or jimmies (optional)

Peel bananas. Slice them into small pieces/blocks (to make it easier to blend) and put in a plate. Slab the Nutella next to the banana in the same plate. Freeze banana and Nutella for at least 3 or 4 hours (I freeze overnight).

Take banana and Nutella (already frozen) out of the freezer and put in a food processor. Halfway through blending, put crumbs of the biscuits in the food processor along with the banana and Nutella. Scrape sides from time to time to blend evenly. Stop blending when it reaches soft serve ice cream consistency. Put a little more crumbs of biscuit and add some sprinkles.

Scoop the ice cream out and enjoy the crunchy all-natural ice cream!

Tip: Goes with vanilla ice cream, chocolate or caramel sauce!
