CHOP SUEY CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, undrained
1 c. walnuts
1/2 c. grated coconut
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/2 c. softened butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour, sugar, eggs, baking soda, pineapple and juice, walnuts and coconut. Mix with wooden spoon until well combined. Pour into 9"x13" greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

FROSTING: Mix cream cheese and butter. Gradually add powdered sugar and milk. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla. Spread on warm cake. Garnish with chopped nuts.
