CHOP SUEY CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice
2 eggs
1 c. chopped English walnuts
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix all together by hand. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix with mixer until creamy. Frost cake while warm. Sprinkle chopped nuts over frosting. Keep refrigerated. Put in greased and floured pan.
