2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
pinch salt
2 c. sweet potatoes, grated

Beat eggs; add sugar and beat well (until light). Add milk and the butter which has been melted. Add vanilla, salt and the sweet potatoes. Butter baking dish.

Bake in moderate oven 350°F about 25 minutes.
