GRATED POTATO CASSEROLE 
6-8 lg. potatoes
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
1 pt. sour cream
Salt and pepper

Cook potatoes and let cool in refrigerator. Peel and grate. Add everything. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
