GRATED POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 med. cooked potatoes with skin on
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. scallions
2 c. corn flake crumbs
1 stick butter
1 pt. sour cream
3 c. grated cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. melted butter

Peel potatoes and grate them fine. Melt butter in saucepan and stir in soup. Blend in sour cream, onions, cheese then stir in potatoes. Place in greased casserole dish. Mix corn flakes and melted butter. Sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
