RICE DRESSING 
1 1/2 c. rice
1/2 lb. ground meat
1 med. onion
Green onion
1 sm. bell pepper
Garlic
1 bay leaf
1/2 lb. shrimp
Dash soy sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Dash cayenne
Seasoned salt

Cook rice partly. Cook onion, green onion, bell pepper and garlic with ground meat and shrimp; drain. Then add rice. Simmer for 45 minutes on low heat. Add soy sauce, salt, pepper, season salt and bay leaf. Simmer 15 minutes on low heat.
