QUICK AND EASY SALSA | |
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes (Hunts) 1 stick of celery, chopped 1/4 onion, chopped chili powder, to taste salt and pepper, to taste chopped chives (if desired) Put can of tomatoes in a pan on the stove on high. Add in chopped celery and onions. Add a little bit of chili powder and season with salt and pepper. Add chopped chives, if using. Serve hot or chilled. Hint: keep stirring the sauce so it doesn't boil. Slide it off the heat if it starts to boil. Submitted by: E.S.M |
