Thanks for putting in your directions that you have to stir until it thickens! I got a similar recipe from another source and it said nothing about stir until thicken. Now I see why it never firmed. Thanks!

this is the most amazing fudge ever i changed it a little by leaving OUT the VANILLA and adding MARSHMALLOWS to the first step and it comes out smooth and delicious...also after adding the peanut butter i beat the mixture with electric mixer for about two minutes on high!!!!!

I tried this recipe as a surprise for my husband for Valentines day since he LOVES Fudge. His mom always makes him fudge that takes forever to make and if you don't have the right temperature it won't turn out. So i tried this and it tastes just like his moms without all the work. the recipe was easy and fast and turned out great. I put the fudge in little heart molds and they turned out really cute. Will send this recipe to his mom and will definitely make it again.

This is positively the BEST clam chowder my palate has ever had the honor of accommodating! I would very highly recommend this recipe for baby showers! Properly cooking the added crab meat just makes it melt in the mouth of your little lamb! Anyone who refudiates this plain fact denies art, and I should know art, cause I went to barista school and am a professional barista in a cafe run soley by baristas. Barista.

I just got finished with this recipe. I followed it exactly how it is listed except I did a double batch. All the I did is double what the recipe calls for. Very disappointed; I stired while I was mixing the first three ingrediants, when it was in a full boil I set the timer for two minutes stiring the whole time. after the two minutes of full boil I kept stiring for about 30 minutes. I relize that the fudge was not goint to thicken any more. I spooned out the contents in the pot and spred the fudge in three different containers. I made fudge plenty of times, I donot feel the fudge will set. I put it in the freeze as donot expect it to set by the way it looks and tastes. Reading the other posts makes me wonder; if I made the receipe exactly how it is posted. What did they different, as it couldnt have been exactly as posted. Maybe next time I should add the marshmellows. If it works maybe this recipe needs a little updating? Not Happy...
