BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 deep dish pie crust
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1/2 lb. chopped mushrooms
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
Salt, pepper and dash of nutmeg
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Boil broccoli until tender; drain. Chop mushrooms. Place above in pie crust. Cover with cheese and mix together. Beat eggs and add milk and spices. Pour over broccoli mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. You can add crumbled bacon or chopped ham to this also.
