BROCCOLI QUICHE 
9" pie crust, unbaked
12 slices of bacon, fried crispy & crumbled
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
4 eggs
2 c. half & half
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne red pepper
10 oz. well drained, thawed chopped broccoli

Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion on top of pie crust. Beat eggs slightly. Beat in remaining ingredients, stirring in broccoli. Pour egg mixture over bacon, cheese and onion. Cook uncovered at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.

Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees and continue to bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
