BROCCOLI QUICHE 
Baked 9" pie crust
4 slices bacon
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. can drained mushrooms
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. half & half
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (may desire to add more)
1 pkg. broccoli

Bake pie crust according to directions. Cook bacon until crisp, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings. Saute onions in drippings until tender. Add broccoli for 1 minute; drain well. Sprinkle onion, mushrooms, broccoli and crumbled bacon in pie crust.

Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg and grated Parmesan cheese; mixing well. Pour into shell and top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until filling is set (approximately 45 minutes).
