RHUBARB TORTE | |
1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. butter Mix and pat into 8x8 inch pan. 3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello Put rhubarb over crust. Sprinkle Jello over the top. Crumble together 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour and 1/4 cup butter. Crumble over rhubarb-Jello mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with cream topping. |
