RICE-A-RONI SALAD 
1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni
3 green onions, chopped (scallions)
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained & chopped (but not too small) or 1 large jar
1 sm. jar green stuffed olives, drained & chopped
1/2 c. mayo

Cook the Rice-A-Roni, following directions on box. Pour into a bowl and add the onions and peppers. Let cool. Add olives, artichokes, mayo and stir. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
