ROUND STEAK SUPREME | |
2 lb. of Round Steak (diced and tenderized) 1 can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup 2 cans of water 1 Large onion (diced) 1 pint of sour cream 1 12 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese flour (to dredge diced round steak in) salt pepper garlic powder 1/2 stick butter (melted) Dice meat and remove all fat and strings. Dredge in flour. Add meat and diced onions to skillet with butter. Cook until onions are done and meat is lightly browned. Add the can of soup and two cans of water. Cook until all is very hot. Add the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well, until melted. Turn off heat and add sour cream. Remove from stove and mix well. |
