EASY ROUND STEAK 
1 slab round steak (tenderized)
1/2 to 1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 stick butter

Place meat in 9x13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle soup over meat. Spread mushrooms on top. Cut up batter in slices and place over other ingredients. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Did not tenderize as i do not have a mallet so it was a little tough. Flavor was good and it was easy. Maybe a little lower and longer would have cured the toughness.
