KRUNCHY KISS KOOKIES 
1/2 cup light corn syrup (Karo)
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup slightly crushed cornflakes (or Frosted Flakes)
2 cups crisp rice cereal (Rice Krispies)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup creamy peanut butter
36 unwrapped milk chocolate kisses (Hershey's)

Combine corn syrup and brown sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Blend in peanut butter and vanilla. Add rice cereal and cornflakes. Stir until well coated.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Loosely shape into balls. Gently press milk chocolate kiss in center, forming mixture into cookie shape. Store at room temperature in covered container.

Makes 36 Kookies.
