KUEGEL (Noodle Pudding) 
12 oz. pkg. broad egg noodles
4 eggs, separated
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 lb. sour cream
2 sticks butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 box raisins
Cinnamon

Cook noodles as directed on package and drain. In large bowl cream egg yolks, cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Add in raisins, cinnamon to taste and noodles; stir well. Transfer entire mixture to 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish, fold in egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until top is golden brown. Note: For a different taste you can add cut up apples to mixture.
