SCALLOPED CORN 
2 (16 1/2 oz.) cans creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz. evaporated milk
1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs (reserve 2 tbsp. for topping)

Mix together in order given. Pour into greased 4-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Dish is done when knife inserted into center comes out clean.
