BUTTERMILK PIE 
1/4 C flour
3 3/4 C sugar
1 C buttermilk
1 C butter
6 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 unbaked 9 inch pie shells

Mix all ingredients. Pour into pie shells.

Bake 10 minutes at 400°F, lower to 325°F and bake until firm. (Cover crust with aluminum foil if it starts to get too brown.)
