2 cups buttermilk
1/8 cup lemon juice
1-1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup butter
9 inch deep dish pie crust

Mix. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350°F until set.
