BUTTERMILK COCONUT PIE 
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. sugar
5 lg. eggs
2 sm. cans Angel Flake coconut
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
Dash of salt
2/3 c. buttermilk
2 unbaked pie crusts

Melt butter and set aside. Beat eggs and add sugar and salt and beat well. Add butter and beat. Add buttermilk and beat. Add flavoring. Stir in coconut. Pour into pie crust and bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
