BUTTERMILK - COCONUT PIE 
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter (melted)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. buttermilk
1 1/3 flaked coconut

Beat eggs; add sugar, butter, buttermilk and vanilla. Stir in coconut. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
